The Holiday Region Innsbruck & the Villages

Inzing with its almost 3400 inhabitants is located close to the regional capital Innsbruck (20 km). In the east, Inzing borders Zirl; in the west, Telfs and Hatting. Inzing is located south of the Inntal motorway A12.

Lovers of winter sports love Inzing due to its proximity to various ski resorts, while summer offers many exciting tours for both motor- and mountain bikes, for example the route over the Timmelsjoch, the Silvretta or the Hahntenjoch. Of course there is also the flat Inntal cycle route along the river Inn – this route passed right past the Gasthof Stollhofer.

Inzing itself boasts great infrastructure and pleasant little shops, for example a bakery which is in the immediate vicinity of our house (there is also a supermarket close by). The ski bus stop is only 50 m away. Of course Inzing also has doctors, a pharmacy, post office, banks and a train station as well as an outdoor swimming pool, very popular with guests and locals in summer.
